I think this trade war is a deal, not a war, from the beginning. More power to states, less power to corporations, and in turn more power to individuals. So big corporations are less likely to buy domains, and smaller companies would be more likely to do. It might be just the opposite, but I interpret it this way with my limited knowledge.
