Hello!
I currently own one very basic url shortening service, and I would like to find a developer who can help me create one more, slightly more complicated one.
What I am looking for:
Basically, I would like my site to be VERY similar to no_url_shorteners and smal.ly. That being said, I would like for there to be 3 different user options:
1. No account, basic shortened URL โ This shortening would be for anyone, and it would just give the user a link to redirect anyone who clicks. Custom tag must be an option. Waiting page will be branded for the website and have a couple banner ads.
2. Free account, intermediate shortened URL โ This would be for users who create free account. Within a free account users can make new shortened urls (same as no account), track all the shortened urls they create, delete shortened urls, and see basic stats like number of clicks, location of clicks (country), referrers, etc. Graphs/pictures must be included and have at least 3-4 different timing options (daily, weekly, monthly, all-time). Waiting page same as above.
3. Paid account - This would be the same as the free account, except it gives the user the ability to have their own custom Waiting page. The Buyer has the option to have no wait page, or to have their own custom Wait page. The waiting page would have their logo in the middle, and an ad or two along the side (for me to put in).
I would like for the site to have a bit of basic SEO, and have ads well integrated (both banner and text). For a good example of the type of text ads I am looking for, check out smal.ly.
In the admin back end, I would like a list of all the urls that were shortened. I would like to be able to click on each one and see the short url created, and all the stats for that url as well as the option to delete each url. I would also like a total clicks stat of all the shortened urls as well as a total shortened urls stat. I would also like to be able to turn Waiting Pages on/off for each user (default on) as well as change the length of the waiting page for each user (default 5 sec).
The site must also have all the basic pages (contact, about, signup (username, password, email), etc)
Developer must fully install the site on my domain/server.
I would be happy to work with the developer to make the site perfect for both of us. Please PM me with a quote. There are many free scripts like this, so I am not expecting to spend a ton.
