I checked it but when try without any tag it isn't work.

plus try with different tag and got massage like this tag is already used, so how it works if one visitor use one tag like np the other can't able to get it or what?

Here is where the bug is:
try to use "bbb.com" as a tag.
link like http://bbb.com.uploadthunder.com/ should work, but your script breaks....
