URL & search need fix

My site is Search Restaurants
URL example, mysite.com/toolongurl to be change to mysite.com/url

-some url in database not linking, problems with uploading pictures
pictures not uploading and expanding in certain areas
-spelling errors
-search results not displaying in alphabetical order and 100 at a time
search feature is somehow disable, please enable it. same thing in admin

Fast job, budget $35-$50.
Need it done within hours not days.

I'm not seeing what doesn't work, though I do notice some grammatical errors.
You said something was disabled?

Also, is the text on the front an actual quote, or are you just putting quotation marks around it for the professional look? Normally quotes are sited by who said them originally, and if it is a quote, I can't edit anything in it but punctuation errors.
