Php expert needed to fix a couple pages $65 + $40 for optional coding

Need someone to fix a couple php pages..Must be available Tomorrow Saturday to work on it

I have a Map that displays Gas Stations..http://e85prices.com/e85map.php

I need to display ONLY Active Stations(stations that are closed should not appear on the map..)

Mysql is already set up ..in the Address Field ..I can enable or disable "Active" .


I need someone to add the "address.active=1") snippet to the map.php code in the right places

It will take a Php person 15-20 minutes..it would take me all day of trial and error

Also All Stations that share the Same Station Name are not appearing on the City Page
Example Ann Arbor there are actually 5 Stations but only 3 are displaying http://e85prices.com/Michigan/ann-arbor.html (select "City Stations " Tab)

Compare That to the List of Stations for Ann Arbor on the State Page http://e85prices.com/michigan.html

Extra Coding if you want it.. allow Users to Edit their Price submissions within 15 minutes. there are 4 price forms .. $40
