URGENT: Simple Logo + Seal Design - 450 NP$

Hello NamePros Designers

I need a logo that is 165px x 75px, vector/nonvector (your choice) that reflects my site: Million Milestones.

I need this by May 1, 2006 at 11:00pm EST or earlier.

Basically my site will record milestones, which is an important event in your life. Feel free to design it however you like, but generally a milestone would revolve around time (just a suggestion).

A seal is something like the DNOA seal (http://dnoa.org/images/dnoa_whtgray150.jpg), needs to be vector OR .PSD (logo should be bigger so it can be shrunken through photoshop) and should have the same look as the logo. This would mean either incorporating any colors (if applicable), fonts, images, etc.

The seal should say on the outside circle: Million Milestones

The inside circle should say: New Milestone! Click to view

If you would like to suggest a redesign of my header to fit your logo, please do so. However, keep in mind that I do not intend to change any of the text on the header and wish to keep everything very small in filesize.

The prize/reward is 450 NP$. Please use your own images or images from stock photo sites. Upon payment, the logo, seal, and any other part of the deal will belong to me.

EDIT: I increased it to 450 NP$, which is enough to buy a domain here at namepros or to sell for money. This is pretty much all I have.

Fried-chicken: The second color is much better, however the gradient for the logo is going the reverse direction because it should be going from dark (left) to white (right). Or else it will not blend with my header. For the seal, I don't really think that box behind it is necessary. Plus I think it should incorporate some part of the logo (ie the clock). The font could be changed too. Overall they're not bad but could use some tweaks.

Still several hours left...waiting for more entries.

Slaydragon: I like the idea of the clock inside the O, however the O looks really out of place and the font choice could be improved. I'm looking for a simple but effective logo, no need to use 3d font or anything like that. As for the seal, the text "Million Milestones" should form a half circle of 180 degrees or something like that, but whatever happens they should be symetrical (basically wherever one ends, the other ends on the otherside at the same place). As well the text inside the seal could be better positioned.

Saves Th3 Day: That seal is practically perfect. I can't think of anything wrong at the moment The logo is very nice too, however is there a way to make the text "Million Milestones" bigger and more viewable?

Slaydragon: For the logo, I'm looking for something consistent, instead of having grey and black letters and some bolded as well. However, I still like the clock idea, the "o" just needs to be normal sized.. in fact try changing the entire font to Arial and/or Verdana and then apply that clock effect and see what happens. The seal also looks a bit pixelated... as well try and give it a 3d effect?

Slaydragon: The logo looks similar to before... What I want is consistent color and font (meaning the same color for the entire thing) and the same font as well... then try that clock thing on the "O". For the seal, well, try putting a clock in the middle.

Saves th3 Day: Try putting a clock in the middle of the seal, maybe semitransparent... see what happens

Dluzion: The seal looks a bit unprofessional since it has no picture and the colors seem pretty vibrant. I like unique ideas though, keep them coming. As for the logo, I thought about putting the M over the M thing like you did, but it looked too similar to a spider and it left no room for a larger text.

Saves Th3 Day: Also, for the logo try incorporating the text into the MM design of yours.
