need a seal ... $100

hi guys, need a seal, just like this:

I would like one in gold, one in silver. blue is nice as second color.
It should read
"Deutscher Online Marketing Verband" on the outside and inside
"Mitglied"
This words (and everything else actually) should be edible just in case I want to change it. transparent background, so it fits with different webpages.
a checkmark, a torch or something like that in the middle. something signaling some positive feeling.

its a membership seal for an association. so something like i´m an approved member of ...

you get the point.

Hi,
the one from D4163 looks nice. The outer part should be a bit more fancy, glossy, 3d style. Look at the original http://de.fotolia.com/id/38716240
The Deutscher .... could be bigger, no points in between the words, and maybe the "wir sind Mitglied" Part smaller. If the Mitglieder would stay within the part where it says Deutscher .... Would be nice.

Wintrygrey, the silver one look nice, but I need it with more detail. the golden one ... na, not really

I´ll take it like this Eric. I should be able to play around with it in Photoshop a little.
Could you save it in a file usable in psd pls. The last one had to be edited in some Adobe programm. thats way to complex for a graphic illiterate like me
