I guess it’s perfectly fine for a club or a sort of a club. Are you an end user or investor?

@Eric Lyon , what’s the ETA on .club analysis?

24 to 27 days (Depending on the status of the other gTLDs in front of it) - I generally knock out 1 gTLD per day.

I'll try to remember to link it in this thread once it rolls out ;)

According to me, .com is always best for building a brand. You can buy .club domain as per your requirement, there is no problem in that.

Fake? What can be more convincing than a .club domain name for a Club???

Google appears to own google.club, so it doesn’t look fake at all.

Have you ever seen a .club domain used in the real world? I haven't.

without knowing what you plan on doing, nobody can tell you if it's good for you. Even if you share what you do, without knowing the name, nobody can tell you if it makes sense for that name. You can register them and then before investing money share the names and what you are building and you can get feedback. If your business relies on word of mouth and offline advertising, stick to dot coms even if its not the best name.

Yes urgent because i want buy the domain as soon as possible avoiding any delay.
I wouldn't do anything just yet until Eric has thoroughly investigated it.

.CLUB was one of the most heavily promoted new extensions.

It has really fallen off the last several years in both registrations and aftermarket sales.

It is an extension with a downward trajectory.

.Club has never been a good extension and has got even worse over the last 2 or 3 years. Stick to .COM.

Perhaps OP’s club is not for boomer domainers?

@adamaiqen , who are the club (imaginary?) members and do you think they will give a sh*t if the domain extension is .com .club or .horse? Of course a non-.com ext will always confuse some people, but do you even want stupid customers?

In my opinion, $1000 is a bit much for a .club domain
