Upgrading???

how do I upgrade phpbb.. I got someone to do it this time but I wanna know how to do it what files do I download? I don't get it.. has anyone done it before that can help me?

When you download the full package from their website, it will have a folder just for upgrade and it will also have instructions on how to upgrade it.

but what files do I upload out of the full package? all of them.. where to?

You have need to overwrite the previous ones, and the instructions should tell you which ones you need to upload (most of them, you have to upload all of them).
