well currently i am having my urls in phpbb like this http://domain/forums/viewforum.php?f=5&sid=b1d26d3035d8f6dbd514e6c1fdef6a9e

and i want them to be like hhtp://domain/forums/mytopic.html

I am wondering how to get it done.

You will need to read up on Mod Rewrite.

However, there might be a modification for PhpBB, that allows you to do this without creating the Mod Rewrites rules yourself, if i see one, i'll post it here.

That site compares three different mods for phpBB that will do SEO. The one on the left looks the best, but I haven't used it and I don't know what version of phpBB you are on.
