domain Unusual situation...

Hi, OK this is weird, but...
There is this guy who made a website... this website http://www.krohm.net/bernd.htm

He is basically holding a cute bunny for ransom... ie. if he does not get a million euros in donations by Dec 31st, he will cook and eat the bunny

The site is growing in popularity... it has mentioned in the Austrian press, and recently on Irish radio... the site gets about 3000 hits/day and growing... and this guy , according to the site, has made over 32000 euros.

The site's title is "Save Bernd" ( Bernd is the rabbit )
I checked for the domain savebernd.com, and it was available! So I registered it.

So do guys think this is worth anything? I figure if the guy says " hey man, I was the original creator of the site and concept, I'm gonna sue for the domain! " ... I would just make savebernd.com into sympathy site for bernd the bunny. ie. how dare someone hold a bunny ransom... etc...

Actually the traffic is correct. The Nedstat counter has only been installed two days ago. But the number displayed is from www.statcounter.com and that's running since May. The site has an average of 15000 to 20000 hits a day.
The Bernd site is already running since Mid July...
And no- I am not interested in any domain names...

lol, I am. everyone I am sure realises this is a joke and a way to essentially beg for money. If someone believes this guy and donates because they think he is serious then "A fool and his money are soon parted" comes to mind

While I dont ever donate to stuff like this because I think it's stupid, I dont find anything wrong with it. dont like it? dont donate is the way I see it.. no different than the guy on the freeway offramp imo
