Seeking an appraisal for this domain.

Small bootstrap type site has been there for over a year. She is a model with Elite Los Angeles, has a contract with Bunny Bikini wear, and has inked a deal with Carl's Jr. to be their spokesmodel.

Previous Carl's Jr. girls include Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, etc.

Had a small but steady stream of traffic of about 20 visitors per day, everyday for the past year. Now it looks like closer to 150 per day.

Website design again is mostly worthless, just used a free template. Has been online for over a year, ranks well for given keywords.

The Carl's Jr. ad seems to be getting a lot of publicity, I never heard of her before yesterday.

This domain could become a liability, however, if/when she becomes more famous. Which is probably starting a few days ago.

Your right on all counts. I wasn't sure where to put this, I did want appraisals, and I do want to sell it also, MODs feel free to move this post if its in the wrong area. Thanks.
