So I have listed the website up for sale before but some problem occurred and had to revoke the sale. But I have finally listed it up for sale again, and looking for a fairly quick sale.

Monthly Income is around 500 to $1000 after all expenses; at times I have seen it more during Christmas.

I prefer Escrow as it will be safer for both of us and will install everything for you. I cant accept paypal either as my account has been hacked into and forzen at the moment and waiting for reply back from paypal as ex partner was a real A hole. So Escrow service will be good to go.
No I don't have time for low ballers, or people asking me they will run it for me, etc. I just want to sell it, and thats, it, Just also Renewed the Domain for another 1 year.
