Uniregistry website loading very slowly and frustrating

I have an account with uniregistry . They are doing very well but the issue is the Web speed . Their site takes forever to load . Most times I spend close to 30 minutes before I could gain access to my dashboard . I use the latest/updated browsers and my Internet speed is very ok. Other sites load very fast. Have tried other browsers but unfortunately , the situation remain the same . Their support staff seem to know nothing about this
Am I the only one having issues with the site? This is frustrating . Thinking of moving my names away
