Personally, I think this is a perfect domain for the .net extension.

Value wise hard to say but certainly to an end user, this could be worth anywhere from low/mid $xxx to high $xxx and possibly even more.
This is dependant on your ability to either hold onto this domain or be prepared to sell to the best possible offer.

I would HOLD this one.
