Hello,
I have one unique template up for sale. It comes with the following:
- Main page & 1 sub page (100% valid XHTML 1.0 STRICT checked by W3C)
- CSS file(s) (all validated by the W3C)
- PSD files (layered, sliced and neatly organised)
- Images (ALL the images used on the template)
- Full rights - will not be resold
- Free minor customisations

Just a couple of little notes as well: the screen shots vary slightly to the coded version - it's not really that noticeable though. Also, this template is an adaptation of 2 of my older templates - neither of which were ever sold and both have been deleted.
*Someone has pointed out a layout problem if you can notice one as well please don't hesitate to tell me. Any current layout problems will be fixed prior to sale.
