FetchHelp.com, (recently featured in the website reviews section--with wonderful reviews!), is now up for sale. I don't have time to market the site. In a nut shell, the site is a mashup of craigslist and Monster. It is a job portal focused on the niche market of general labor and construction jobs. In theory, every job posted to the site doesn't require any special skills -- so jobs are simply categorized by location (think craigslist). Users can browse freely, or sign up (for free) and post an available job. Job applications are then handled internally via a private messaging system. The site also has an integrated and easily customizable phpbb2 forum.

WebDesign: The site is based on a content management system known as Drupal -- version 5.x. If you are familiar with this CMS, I would be more than willing to offer a bit more info. Otherwise, if you have further questions regarding how it works, just ask. The site has an admin account which allows complete configuration of the layout. Styling is done simply by editing the css file. See support below.
Support: One of the reasons I'm selling is that I simply don't have time to work on this site any longer. HOWEVER, I know many of you are unfamiliar with Drupal. If you need any intro/info/help within the first few weeks, I will be more than willing to help -- as my personal time permits. If you have questions regarding feature implementation, styling, layout, or other configuration issues... if I can help, I'll do my best.
Hosting Details: Godaddy domain name, registered through August of next year. The hosting account, on LunarPages, is a basic account. Supposed unlimited storage and data storage -- check out the details on LunarPages.com.
Traffic Statistics: The website has not been marketed AT ALL. No traffic. Keep in mind, this is a niche market with HUGE potential. All this site needs is proper marketing, (so someone with just a little bit of money to advertise.)
Revenue Statistics: Again, no traffic so no revenue. The site currently has limited adsense implementation (left hand column). Adsense can easily be configured and moved via Drupal's block configuration (simply select a different location, select the page you would like it on, and there you go!).
Price: I do not have a BIN, and this is not an auction. I'm looking for serious offers only... other wise I'll sit on this project and wait until I have the money to market it. Keep in mind the hosting is for a full year, approximately a $65 value. The domain... another $7. What you are really paying for, of course, is the unique design and the time I put into it :D.
Payment Methods Accepted: Paypal
Transfer Process: I just finished discussing the transfer process with a LunarPages sales associate. To initiate a transfer, I have to call/email them. I can give them your basic billing/contact/email info. You will then have to make a followup contact to confirm the transfer and give the rest of your billing info. As mentioned, the domain is hosted and forwarded on Godaddy, so you get a free push to your account.
Notes: Because this site is not currently active, it could easily be configured and edited to meet any niche market! Also, the hosting account still has a FREE domain name associated with it... so the whole package is truly customizable. Please keep in mind that there may be typos, dead links etc on the site... While I've done my best looking things over, not every link has been tested. Also, the site uses captcha on all form submissions, so hopefully it's spam free!
