Charityemployment.org is a fantastic, niche job board with huge potential for a steady, high monthly income. I've actually owned the domain for nearly a year, however I only recently got around to developing the site.

I had not planned on actually selling this particular project of mine, however due to the fact that I'm devoting all my time to setting up a web hosting company, I no longer have the time to market charityemployment.org. I would really enjoy seeing this site be successful and I know that it will, with the right owner.

There are several well known Non profit job boards, however when compared to other industries, the charity/non profit industry is not saturated. This enables the owner of this site to offer job posting services at an affordable, yet still very profitable fee. The software makes running this site very easy. It can be setup so that admin and approve each job postings, each new member etc. However it can also be set-up to where running the site would be virtually maintenance free. 3rd party payment systems can easily be integrated to accept payment for each job posting including: authorize.net, paypal and 2Co. (The script is already setup for authorize.net) Yet another great way to earn additional revenue is by simply adding adsense, or any other ad network on the search results pages, or any other page you desire. You may even wish to offer free postings, and have adsense be the direct source of revenue. Charityemployment.org is a great name for this type of site.

There are literally hundreds of resource type websites that would be eager to exchange links with charityemployment.org. Charityemployment.org would definitely be considered a resource.

Additional Info:

- The job board script uses fairly low resources, and can easily be run on a shared hosting account (UNIX Linux) that runs php & zend. It's a really stable script with an easy to use admin area.

- This site is 100% html template based, so each and every page can be customized.

- The script is very extensive, offering the same features (or more) as other popular job boards. Although offering many extensive features, the admin area is very simple to navigate through, and the site requires very little maintenance.

- The domain is registered w/godaddy - Free push

- I will provide the transfer/installation of the site on the buyer's server. I will promptly send all files and software to the buyer upon receipt of payment.

- Payment by paypal only. I'll send all necessary files and I will help transfer entire site to your server if you use Cpanel, once payment has been received.

Why does he have to prove?
I see too many jump in on sales threads looking for proof of license details ect...in their case they never seem to be interested in the domain!

I am interested to know if there is user log in support for this script and if there will be any problem in transferring it to another party

For proof of the software, simply visit webscribble.com. They clearly have the price listed for the script in which is currently running on charityemployment.org. As for proof of the domain sale, I can offer a paypal screen shot. However, I must say, that at this point it's rather ridiculous to be scrutinizing this offer, seeing I'm already willing to part with it for less than what I paid for the software iteself.

Transferring the license is not an issue so long as it's being sold as a "package" deal with the domain. In other words It's ok to sell a site that happens to have the job script with it, but not if I were attempting to sell just the software by itself. This has been confirmed with the developers of the software. As for login user support, I'm not sure what type of "support" you're inquiring about. Are you asking whether webscribble (the developer) offers support for the product? If that's what you're asking, then yes. This is still available, so feel free to ask any questions if you're interested. The highest BID so far is $100, but I won't accept anything less than $125

Excuse me? He doesn't have to prove anything if he doesn't wish too, but he won't be making a sale to me if he doesn't. Another problem is with people getting scripts off of warez sites, and not being valid. I'll be damned to pay hundreds for a nulled script. I am interested, and even if I weren't, if I asked to see proof, it should be showed.

I visited the site, and didn't see anything about checking validity of a license. If you could prove the script itself was purchased from Web Scribble, please do. As for the domain, I don't need to see screens, I was just curious, as I Googled it, and didn't find a previous sale.
