Ungrateful Hurricane Victims

Many Hurricane Victims were sent from Little Rock, AR to stay here in Conway, AR. They were only here temporarily when they were given food to eat and threw it on the floor saying "This isn't what I wanted to eat". They were then sent back to Little Rock because of how ungrateful these people were. Many hurricane victims think they should be treated like a movie star or something. They should be proud of what we are already doing for them not being greedy and wanting more. For the many that have, I have great respect for you. For all of those who keep whining and complaining should not be helped and they should figure everything out themselves.

Some victims flew to phoenix close to where I live, and I have heard nothing of them being ungrateful.

I dont think this as a bad thread. Some people are greatful for what they do have, but some are rude about things. IMHO, if your going to live that close to the ocean, except some type of disaster escpecially when there are hurricane seasons in that area... you are aware of that, and you cant complain when you loose everything, cause you most likely already knew that something like that was going to happen, they probably thing, it wont happen to me. But then it does, and people try to help them, and they are rude about the way they do things, because they are angry with themselves that they were wrong. Just a thought We had some people come from new orleans (family) and they asked us why we didnt have a great dinner, well my mother isnt used to cooking a GREAt meal for more than 5 So therfor, we didnt have enough, so we made burgers... my parents made them goto a hotel.

If you do live in Conway, Which I highly doubt. It happened over on Meadowlake. It's not like all of them did, sorry if it seemed like I was saying everyone did. Some of them did.

Meadowlake Baptist or something right? I have been focusing all of my efforts at the Clear Channel Drive on Col Glenn. They were on the ball from the beginning.

Not like it would be public knowledge, but it isn't listed in The Cabin or anything, so I just wondered where you heard such a thing.

Alright so maybe you are from Conway, I live closer to the Old Wal-Mart, One of my Grandmas friends was working up there and told her about it.

Take into consideration the majority of these people have nothing,Have seen more in one week of horrid than most will ever see in a lifetime,Proly have post dramitic stress,I would venture to think they trust few and hardly know accept anything at this point,But i would think the food would have to be pretty bad for them to refuse it.

There is such a thing called "entitlement mentality" which I think is pretty self-explanitory. I'm not suggesting all those displaced are acting like this but I'm sure there are a few.

You just can not take this example and assume that "many" of them would be like that. Remember those guys looting the Malls, they were victims as well so we cant blame every one being like that. I hope they get better food and health aid.

Yes for that group, they must be thankful that at least they are alive and getting food.
