Kudos to Jian Ghomeshi for what turned out to be a difficult interview.

Just so you know what's going on from the start, Billy Bob Thornton (the ACTOR)
was suppose to give a radio interview with his country-pop band The Boxmasters.
Part of the condition for the interview was that he was not to be asked about his
acting career. Watch Billy's reaction at the start while the interviewer, Canada's
CBC radio show host Jian Ghomeshi, does briefly mentions his "other job". This
video might make you squirm in your seat, just like his fellow band members.

He was just kidding, pulling a stunt just like J. Phoenix did on Letterman recently ... these guys just figure they'll get more "viral" PR this-a-way (and it seems to be working), IMHO. :yell: :talk: :bah:

I never realized "Unknown Hinson" was in The Boxmasters. BillyBob has a rather interesting personality, especially when he's p!$$3d.

I guess the Canadian host was too nice to chuck him out of the studio. This band wouldn't have any interviews at all of not for the goofball drummer's movie career. That doesn't make them less of a band, as he seems to think, but it's unavoidable.
