Well... a lot, actually!
First off it is a one worder, always good fun to find one of those. As for end users, I was thinking a site for people sharing stories of everyday injustice and/ or unappreciation, a site where perhaps unsong "heroes" could receive kudos for their efforts or the likes. Also, it could be a site for e.g war veterans or publicly employed staff having been laid off or treated unfairly. List goes on, actually...

And of course...my self made logo rocks...

Okay, I can see the vision, but the issue is that it's very much your vision. Now that you own the name and want to sell it, the question is: how do you find someone else with the same vision, or convince someone else that the site + vision is worth money?

One-worders aren't money in the bank, and these days if it's one that you hand-registered then it's probably not going to be worth a lot. Particularly if it's long, uncommon, and negative in its connotation.

For newbies like us, the domains we buy need to have a very strong commercial appeal to a large number of existing companies. In other words, they have to sell themselves. Maybe one day, we'll have the contacts and notoriety to be able to sell "visions" the way Mike Mann seems to be able to do, but until then we need to stick to commercially viable names.

Unappreciated.... unloved.

Interesting input, definitely worth pondering whether anyone else shares my vision enough to pay up for the domain... Perhaps a lawyer dealing with lawsuits towards former employers may be interested?

I'm sure there are endless creative possibilities, but the key is finding the people and convincing them they need to pay for the name. And then you need to consider if you'll get the money you need to make all that time worthwhile...

Okay, more time to think as I had some sleep.

UnderAppreciation.com is way too long for a "one word"

Beyond that, you are really cutting it thin and "underappreciated" would be far more useable.

By having UnderAppreciation.com, (end user) risks someone going to underappreciated.com instead.
