Okay, I can see the vision, but the issue is that it's very much your vision. Now that you own the name and want to sell it, the question is: how do you find someone else with the same vision, or convince someone else that the site + vision is worth money?
One-worders aren't money in the bank, and these days if it's one that you hand-registered then it's probably not going to be worth a lot. Particularly if it's long, uncommon, and negative in its connotation.
For newbies like us, the domains we buy need to have a very strong commercial appeal to a large number of existing companies. In other words, they have to sell themselves. Maybe one day, we'll have the contacts and notoriety to be able to sell "visions" the way Mike Mann seems to be able to do, but until then we need to stick to commercially viable names.
