Currently I make revenue from the ad banner at the top and hosted inquiry form - obviously someone could continue to advertise other law firms or if you are a law firm just make the forms your own and brand the site however you want. Claims4Free is a nice generic term so no-one will think twice about your own law firm name at the top of each page. The sale can include all the content if you want it, I am open to lowering the price a little if you have your own content you want on the site.
There are no real running costs, just hosting as all the traffic is organic. We have increased SE rankings month after month for the past 4+ years and are in the top 10 for nearly all major PI search phrases.
Traffic Statistics: Traffic stats screenshot attached. For those interested, the report is that the site receives between 200-250 PI leads per month (tough to track because some of the leads are phone calls). Obviously, if a law firm were to rebrand the site (rather than just advertise another firm) conversions would increase.
Revenue Statistics: I charge £7050 per month at the moment for the ad space and the space has been booked solid for the past 10 months and has a waiting list. (Prior to this time we were using a software package to advertise several law firms at once but we changed to just one firm.)
