UK fashion label says it owns trademark on “collusion,” EFF says no way
https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy...-owns-trademark-on-collusion-eff-says-no-way/
Long story short:
Rudy Giuliani tweeted a typo, some prankster in California bought the typo which was "Collusion. So" and redirected it to some Russian collusion legal analysis site
Then the UK label apparently says it owns any and all uses of the word collusion in domains, proceeds to send legal notice to the prankster about it. EFF says that it's "ludicrous"
Pretty crazy how a typo started a big legal proceeding brought around the world
