Yes i am a UK dropcatcher but i use my own system for my own use.

There are plenty of public systems all depends what your going for not much decent drops in the UK space now as we all renew the best premium domains

There is plenty of competition in the UK drop game, though prices tend to be generally low both in biding and reselling for the last year or so. A site that will give you an overview of the UK market at the moment is Domainlore.uk for the general domain market in regards pre-drop bidding.
