Hi, I am trying to reach you guys but not getting proper response from your end,

I was trying to get EPP code for some of my domains, but I am getting following error when I hit Get EPP code
"There was an error in requesting the EPP Code: CURL Error: 35 - OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to httpapi.com:443 (IP: 185.115.240.58 & 185.115.240.59)"

I am also getting the error on contact info page of domains.
I raised the ticket 4 days before but still not getting response, Only got one response yesterday that the problem is resolved, but it is not yet resolved. Error is still there.
I even send you PM here on NP a couple of days before.

I already have lost trust from some of my clients only due to you, in domaining you know trust is all but from your end it is very very bad support.
I am sorry to put this here, but I have no choice left now.
