Hello. My friend owns uiv2.com This has been established site for quite a long time (it is currently down at the moment) but had a lot and I mean a lot of traffic each month. Its ranked 164,000 in Alexa .

The site was a game development community and had thousands of resources, hundreds of tutorials and more. Typing uiv2.com into google returns over 13,000 results!! It has a very large mount of backlinks.

What do you guys think?

Nice! Do you have any traffic stats besides the Alexa rank? As-is, you could probably get Mid-high $xxx because of the traffic. The site appears to be down now. :td:

Yeah he did ask. Ok I thought it would be worth around that much. But what about with the website content too? Thousands of resources and a lot of tutorials. Everything custom coded too. Surely selling the domain with that must push it into the low $x,xxx range?

The site is down because of problems with his host. This means no other stats at the moment.

With content, it would most likely push it over to the 4-digit edge if you're lucky. Custom content that people visit is always nice.
