Ms Dhoni is Indian cricket captain and UDRP is filed against his name MsDhoni.com.
It's celebrity case.. so seems to be clear cut !!

What are your thoughts and views on this...

I think it could be a little more complicated than that.....

Like, if the owner of the domain also shares the same intials and surname....

If the content on the website has nothing to do at all with the cricket captain. The owner could even argue that the name has sentimental value to him for whatever reason....

If the owner deliberately tried to sell the domain to Dhoni or has content that is directly related to Dhoni then chances are his will lose the domain

The current owner seems to be domainer so very slim chance to win this case in comparison to if the owner were also named MS Dhoni. Also the namservers are of afternic so that gives the clear intent. It was registered in 2005 about a year after he made his debut in international cricket.

Also a movie based on his life is also going to be released soon.
