Hi,

I just ordered a copy of your database from your site, but the Excel file is some new XML version that my Excel cannot read. Can you give me a copy of this in an .xls file or CSV file? If not I will take the SQL dump version.

Also, the file I downloaded said it was an .XLS, but it wouldn't open. I had to rename the file to .zip and then I could unzip the files, but still had the problem mentioned above.

There was a problem with the first database I got, and it took a couple of messages to get what I needed, but I am very satisfied with the database I purchased.

The first Excel.XLS file I got was not an Excel file but actually a ZIP file. I was able to change the file extension to .zip and then I could open the file. But it turns out that what was provided was a newer xml Excel file and my Excel 2000 could not open it in a way that I could use it. I contacted the seller and there was little delay in hearing back, but once I was able to clearly explain the problem he sent an Excel CSV file that imported perfectally.

The database is much cleaner than I would expect and it does have all the extended fields beyond just the address as he describes. Not all records have all the data, but that is common with databases such as this. It can be hard or impossible to find all the emails, URLs, and phone numbers. This database is as good or better than any I have purchsed of found in the past. I am looking forward to their other products in the future.
