These are registered with the Barbados Telecom Unit.
Renewal is in local currency (you have to set up a bank account in it, but this is very easy to do and the vast majority of banks will do this for you) at the rate of $120BB dollars per year, which is exactly $60 per year. All domains are due for renewal in the new year so I highly recommend when you send the form for transfer that you also include renewal to get it out of the way. The total you will pay for this is $780US.
All requirements are met. You can change nameservers whenever you wish. The only difficulty is the registry prefer to have things in writing for the security of your domains, but this just means you have to use a pen once in a while - will be good for your handwriting skills
I know a guy who owns most of the other one letter .BB if you have a large budget and want to buy more - but you are unlikely to get more than two domains from him for the price of the 13 I'm selling here.
