Type in Traffic?

Parking companies is always asking Type in Traffic Domains,why? Some Parking companies only calculate Type in Traffic Earnings,why? What are the Parking companies that only calculate Type in Traffic Earnings? anything else?

Type-in traffic is the cleanest traffic there is. It has a higher CTR and earnings are generally higher than expired traffic.

I've never heard of a parking company that only calculates/pays for type-in traffic. Fabulous asks that is the types of domains to list with them, but if you have some expired traffic they will pay on that too. I have a handful of expired traffic domains and some are at Fabulous. Outside of them asking for type-in traffic....I've never heard of any parking co. insisting only on type-in traffic.

Some of the traffic requirements actually come down from the search engines (Google & Yahoo particularly, who have to keep their advertisers happy); the parking companies are just passing them along to the domain owners.
