CPUForum.Net and OverClockage.net

Once again I have two new technology based domains and they are the following:

CPUForum.net (The .com is owned by the owner of DNF)

and

Overclockage.net​

Any opinions on their value?

Well, they are both .nets. So unfortunately that brings the value down, generally speaking. I would have to say low-mid $xx for both. Has a good development potential IMHO.

Thanks for your evaluation AndyM3- I agree that the extension being a .net makes it less desirable; yet, some .nets are worth more than their .coms - depending on development of the domain. I'm not sure what I will do with these- perhaps, make a tech forum and have them directed to a certain category area, until I can figure something else out.
