Wonderful article apart from calling American Football the REAL football.

I cannot imagine losing domain names like LH.com, ZT.com, OP.com, XM.com and Fisher.com to a $2,000 UDRP filing.

The most disturbing highlights of the article is how "buying and selling domain names" went from evidence of illegitimate interest and grounds for losing valuable domain names to proof of legitimate interest that could help you save your domain names.

That level of inconsistency is disturbing.

By the way, I completely forgot that ai.com sold for $11 Million in 2021.

Overall, it's a topnotch article from Mr. Berryhill.
