Two Issues(Site Verbage and IE FTP Troubles)

First: I have a real issue explaining my pages. Describing what I want the user to see or do. Anyone have any advice?

Second: I am having a hell of a time get FTP to work through IE. It worked at one time, don't recall changing anything, now it states
FTP Folder Error
cannot access
connection with server could not be accessed.
Help?

I don't understand your first question. Secondly get smartftp at www.smartftp.com. It is a free ftp client.
