1. Why are you selling?
Would like to raise some capital for other projects. Will keep the site if I do not get enough for the website as it has very little maintenance.

2. How much you are looking for?
Looking for offers between 36-60 months or more revenue.

I am not advertising this site whatsoever and never had. I am positive with advertising, revenue will increase. There will be a monthly hosting and maintenance fee of $250 per month if you opt for it. Or you can provide a windows based server with the required software and we will upload it to your website and you can host it yourself from then on.


5. What about any existing arrangements with anybody related to this site?
It is our internal project so noone else is affiliated with this.

6. Apart from alexa rank, can you prove uniques per day and other relevant stats.
I have to see what I can get from the server level, not sure what my team has in terms of traffic. We will get to that if we come to an agreement on price.
