The first site is http://definitiveanswer.net , it's an adsense/article site; though the domain could be used for anything. The main page is derived from a template, and the content was purchased from http://adsensepages.com/ . I think this domain has some value, especially for an adsense site, or even a forum. It has some traffic due to link exchanges, and has made about $10 in the past month on YPN. I'm selling because I don't have the time to add content, or do SEO at all. With some basic advertising and a little time spent on SEO and link exchanges, this site could make a good amount of money for you. I'm probably letting this one go for less than it's worth, but I just don't have the time - with schoolwork and everything.
It's ranked second for 'definitive answer' in google, I know it places well for some other keywords too - http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&c...answer&spell=1
Monthly YPN Revenue: about $10
Predicted PR : 4 [pretty good, as the site's only a few weeks old]
BIN: $40 [way under 12 months revenue @ $10/mo.]
I'll also accept offers on this one, PM me if you're interested.
Domain : registered at Godaddy, free push.
The second site is http://sudokuplayer.net . Launched around two months ago, it's got decent traffic - about 50-100 uniques a day. Mostly, traffic is from MSN search [we're listed in the first few pages for 'sudoku' 'flash sudoku' and other related terms], as well as some 'Sudoku top sites' lists. The flash game on there is designed uniquely for my site, I paid a developer to create it for me. So far, I haven't attempted to monetize the site with ads or anything; as I haven't had the time. Again, with a little bit of promotion, this could go a long way. Sudoku has been growing in popularity in the US lately, and I think we've got one of the better ones online. Each puzzle is uniquely generated by the Flash script, it's pretty advanced. Also, the origional developer is available to add features, if you'd need to.
Traffic : averaging 80 uniques per day
BIN: $150
Predicted PR : 5
Offers: anything over $100
Domain: Godaddy
PM me if you're interested
Thanks for looking !
