(i know 'Bay' is a little played out, but i'd like your opinion as this obviously has direct relevance)

Not sure about oziphone.com - may have potential. It may also attract the attention of apple - OzIphone - but that would be hard for them to defend in my view.

Re buysbay.com, I would personally avoid names with bay in them that look a but like auction sites but thats just me... buybays.com would be different
