.tv .tv Premium names Question

Hi,
I just wonder about .tv premium names. As I see that these names are defined by .TV cooperation from the begining and if you register these names, you are going to pay for very high renew cost also for the time coming.==> It is clear for me.
So If I register a name that has not yet degfined by .TV cooperation as a premium name. If this name is considered as premium name by the market place ==> does .TV cooperation will put my name in their premium names? and I have to pay for more for renew cost?

No, the original reg fee you paid for will be kept until you give up the domain.

No. The reg fee of a .tv name can't be revised during its registration term, in other words as long as you keep registered the name the .TV Corp (VeriSign) can't increase the fee even if this name becomes a best-seller.
