Can we please have a .tv external auctions sub-forum added to the .tv marketplace?

I agree - that would be really useful.

If not a whole section, then perhaps it would be good if we could actually list our names for sale elsewhere - for example at SEDO - without the thread being moved to a place where most of the people are not interested in .TV names.

I think this would bring further interest to the TV area and help provide a one-stop shop.

But seriously, a sub-forum of .tv for external auctions wouldn't hurt (there are forums a lot less busy than that one would be...). As Jimbo says, if people are looking for a .tv than they're going to likely concentrate on this section.

I don't think there is enough activity in .tv even for the current forum, let alone a new one.

You could ask management, but I seriously doubt it.

Sorry to disagree but how can you say there is not enough activity in the .tv forum when Jimbo's sales thread gets 238 replies and 4,327 views in less than 10 days!!

In contrast there is very little activity in the general external sales thread. For someone who has an interest in .tv then the .tv forum should have everything you need related to .tv, including it's own external sales thread. Surley that would be the point of having a forum dedicated to the extension.

I agree, there is much much less activity in the standard external auctions section. The majority of people looking for .tv names go straight to the .tv marketplace, IMO.

Before I had any .tv auctions @Sedo, I hadn't visited the external auctions section once. I did not even realize that I could not post .tv external auctions in the .tv marketplace. I'm sure there are a lot of people (buyers) who don't know about this also.
