.tv .TV Drop Times

Hi,
I just used live chat on the verisigninc.com website. I asked about .TV drop times. The person went away to check for a minute and then came back ans said it is the same as com and net which is 2pm Eastern Time. Is this correct?

I thought it was 4am. What is your experience?

I send verisign an email and they answered:

Dear ERDINC,

.CC, .tv and .jobs domains in Pending Delete are purged during the morning hours, typically around 4 or 5 am ET.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
