.tv TV.de names - Is there a good place to buy them?

I am thinking of purchasing a few TV.de names as German language versions of some of the TV names I own (either .TV, TV.com TV.co.uk or TV.eu)

Can anyone recommend a good/inexpensive registration company.

OR

Offer any insight into any peculiarities of owning a .de name

The .de's I have previously reg'd were through Namecheap. Price is currently $17.88

Anybody can register, but the administrative contact of the registrant must be a resident of Germany. This will be supplied by the registrar unless you want to use your own.
