Site is a topsites list powered by aardvark and currently has 50 members. The site is aimed towards people who own tutorial type websites. I have not paid for any advertising, I would advise the new owner to contact more tutorial sites and get them to join.

The design is unique (logo, etc) and has its own admin panel in which you can edit sites, accept new submissions, delete comments etc etc.

I can transfer the site for free, and domain is with godaddy and expires 22nd of Sept 2006.
