Tutorial

Hi

I Have just employed someone to make me a tutorial website template. Now i need to worry about a CMS, I want one that allows me to submit tutorials not from other website but ones that i make or someone makes for me. It needs to be able to go in to the catagories i have. it needs to allow me to add news and links, see ho many guests online and how many members online. I need to be able to edit the tutorials. On the homepage it needs to have a bit with Latest tutorials. The members need to be able to submit tutorials but only i the admin can aprove them. The users can set there own Avatars and information. they should be able to comment on tutorials and request some. PMing should also be a feature. Thats what i want in my CMS wether someone can make me one and give me a quote or point me in the direction and show me one or show me one then mod it for me.
