Hey, im selling my site tutorialselect.com! it has a PR3, looking at a pr 4/5 next update, it get 400,000 hits a month over 2k uniques has over 7500+ tutorials, site is hits are rising rapidly! the site has been mod_rewritten for maximum effect on search engines and the script has been highly modded, the site also has a nice affiliate system and a topsites. We also have webmaster tool at www.tutorialselect.com/webmasters. the domain is at godaddy and its a free push.

hmmm...I am interested but is there any revenue? are you receiving 2k uniques a month or a day?

if there is little revenue, only PR3, and only 70 uniques a day...I am not sure you will have any luck selling this

Same here, just interested in a copy of the DB. Since you have a few interested I imagine you can get away with selling them rather cheaply and still make good cash off of it.

Next question of course is if you even have the rights to sell the database copy.

Site is now back on market! traffic has rocketed this last month over 15k uniques http://www.tutorialselect.com/ts_stats.JPG, im getting over 25,000 imp on my google ads making around $5 a day. I change my system so you see my ads all the time, before you only seen the ads 5 times per IP
