I am placing my photoshop tutorial site up for sale.
The site contains all unique tutorials.
The vaule of the tutorials themselves would be about $350 or so plus what income the site makes and the increase in income that will be generated by adding new content to the site make this a sweet deal.
The site has a basic administration area where you can add, edit or remove tutorials from the site.
I spent some money here on Sitepoint for a logo that is being used and then just a basic layout for the site, which works the best.
Just to be clear, you will get 15 NEW tutorials that have not been placed on the site for you to use on the site once you purchase it.
Revenue Details:
The revenue comes from YPN.
Income has fallen the last few months since I have not updated the site in a while. From what I have seen with sites like this, it should not be difficult to increase the income with just a little work, but still has made a nice income from just sitting there. The last time I spent a reasonable amount of time on the site was in May.

Traffic is going to come from the main tutorial directories on the web - like Good-Tutorials, Pixel2Life, etc.
