In googling "turbine fan", it seems to be a somewhat standard term for something having to do with a paintball device (?) and a type of computer cooling fan.

I don't know anyone who calls windmills/wind turbines "turbine fans" so there would have to be an epic shift in standard nomenclature to hitch your name to that wagon.
