I think it's worth at least high $xx to low $xxx ... that's resale. End user COULD fetch high $xxx if they really had a company named that ;)

Past tense is problematic, though the overall concept is wonderful ... Reg. fee+/+, IMHO.

For better End user :$: potential, check with the owner's here: :talk:

Gene, I like the name. As far as tense... It does not necessarily reflect past-tense.. It can be now-centric. ("Trusted"="Proven")

Now for the other shoe. "Realtor" brand is very possessive of the words "Realtor" "Realty" etc... very possessive. Don't be surprised if you get a letter/email.

Aside from TM issues - undev. low-mid $$ .... dev. - low $$$

Always IMHO, DAVID

Hi David, thanks for the input. "Realtor" is a major TM and I wouldn't touch that with a 10-foot pole, but "realty" is not a TM. It's an ordinary dictionary word. I own dozens of "realty" domains, and have never received a 'letter/email' from anyone. If I did, I'd get a good chuckle out of it :)

If I was going to name my shoes... They would be "corrected". Because that is obviously where I stand most of the time.

More power to ya Gene. Hopefully you are right.
