Since 2008 we've had

Now we got the usual site for people against a major political figure to gripe on

So TRUMP SITES will be a legit gripe site

It has a forum for anyone to post whatever about Trump or what ever politician they want to sound off on

We just own the names, put up forums and let the public say what they want

That's a GRIPE site

It will never be offered for sale

It will pop SE's soon for the term as our other sites did too

Personally we don't care much about politics we just like to provide the public a forum to say F someone or someone SUCKS

Now had this site now had a thread about how worried he is about people saying he sucks and how he registered all the other TLD's, we wouldn't have bothered with it

But since it's 'news' he is squatting on a ton of negative terms

saying a public figure or a company SUCKS is considered protected freedom of speech IF YOU RESEARCH CASE LAW which I have over the years

that doesn't mean a moron wearing a dress (judges) won't think it's free speech

sucks sites have no real value other than they can attract minor traffic to others that think the company or person sucks

the traffic isn't worth much IMO

but giving the public a place to say a public figure or politician SUCKS is a service we don't mind providing the public

now if he became president then maybe some cups and hats and stickers could be sold

cybersquatting is using a trademark to deceive the public

you can own a TMsucks.com and even monetize it and it's not cybersquatting

now if you try to sell it to the TM owner that's how most sites are lost at WIPO

that is the #1 way to lose a TM issue domain

Now some TM's don't have protection in some ways and TRUMP is not a TM unless you put something with it like his casinos or locations or some financial term

TRUMP is a generic word

Donald Trump doesn't own unlimited use of TRUMP

but he owns rights to several useages and TRUMP SUCKS isn't a TM issue

it's a pure freedom of speech issue, do people have the right to say a politician or public figure or company sucks?

now if the same company goes to the owner here's your name give me money to take it down

that can be viewed as a cyber squatting issue

we're not selling it, sure we asked to put a value on it for appraisals

it's in appraisals to welcome discussion on these type of domains

do they have VALUE

value can be different things

the domain has value in that it can be a minor traffic draw

geez we like to build sites to attract like minded people

that's not cyber squatting it's using a domain name to do stuff

like run a SUCKS forum so anyone can post someone or some company SUCKS

that's not profit

but sure any traffic can be monetized to some degree

cyber squatting becomes cyber squatting when the intent is to deceive the public

I"m one of many who are on this domain

none of us want to sell it

but it's up and running and it has followers already on twitter

there's no caveat here you have to want to sell something to ask hey what you think of this domain

it has value, it got 50 followers in a few hours

it had 20+ people already at the same time in the forum as the forum stats shows

does that have VALUE?

sure it does

it's NOT FOR SALE

but if some want to discuss VALUE in running such sites
