I have handregistered a number of .com domains containing the word 'Trump', e.g., trumpsmacked.com, trumpdeclassified.com, trumpwhistleblowers.com.

I understand that a) 'Trump' is a branded term and b) Trump is famously litigious. However (I can't find the citation just now) I don't think there is any real legal concern because no reasonable person would believe that these were 'Trump'-backed entities; and also that the need to refer to a very public figure and former public employee by name means 'Trump' can be used more freely than before his presidency. There even seems to be a specific carveout in trademark law for references to presidents.

My question, potential legal issues aside -

Where can I offer these for sale? Afternic has them stuck in months-long review, and I believe GoDaddy told me previously that they would not offer them for sale because of the branded-term concern. Any thoughts?

I created M A G A -related designs at Z /a /z /z /l e.com. The M**A full word is trademarked. Z***le is strict with trademarked designs, but Z***le did not remove my designs, they were my most sold items. Z***le eventually removed all my M**A items in January this year. They probably made millions from M***A-related designs, not just my own designs from others contributors in their site.

In my opinion, Trump is probably not strict in protecting its brand. As long the site does not publish obvious fake news.

Thanks for that - but any idea what platforms would be willing to advertise and sell the domains for me? I don't have the resources to develop them. On the fence about holding trumpdeclassified.com for the 25 years until most of his presidency is actually declassified.

I also registered some M**A domains and would like to like to unload those as well.
