Trouble Ticket

I am looking for a good open source trouble ticket system, one thing that worries me while looking around is how can I find out if programs have known exploits, can someone suggest a good site for this?

For ticket, if you have fantastico in your control panel, there are several ticket systems available, but if you want other systems, tell me, I can do a search for you.
for exploits, securityfocus(dot)com and milw0rm(dot)com are nice places.
milw0rm is a resource for hackers to find out new exploits.

some of the ones in fantastico have websites that are parked lol, I found one i might go with, no need to search for me *smile*
