Support ticket software

Hi guys

I am in needs of a good support ticket software. One that would work when for example a customer sends an email to me it would open a support ticket.

One I use to use and really like was http://osticket.com/ but they haven't been active since huricane katrina.



Any suggestions are appreciated.

Also this is going to be used for ebay so when someone sends a question through ebay I am hoping for it to open a ticket.

Cerberus Helpdesk is one of the most popular, but can be pricey. There's also Deskpro, but it's not updated for a long time now. H2desk is also good I hear.

Just as a future reference sort of thing, we use Intellodesk and love it.

The only complaint is they had trouble in the past with the licensing server, but this has since been fixed. You can frequently catch their licenses on special sales.

i recommend Kayako support system. very nice.

I second that, Kayako is a very nice system, and Version 3 has a very nice setup for multiple staff members.
